In a post on X , the resale site listed it as the most expensive WNBA Finals game on its records.

Game 3 between the Atlanta Dream and Golden State Valkyries is Wednesday, Oct. 21, at State Farm Arena, where the NBA's Atlanta Hawks play. Tip-off is 8 p.m. ET on USA Network, Peacock, and CNBC.

On Tuesday, the Dream and Hawks announced in a joint statement that Games 3 and 4 would be played downtown. Gateway Center Arena in College Park, the Dream's home since 2021, holds 3,500, the smallest capacity in the WNBA , while State Farm Arena seats more than 17,000.

To make the dates work, Game 3 moved up a day from Oct. 22, when a Sombr concert is booked at the arena. Game 4 stays on Saturday, Oct. 24, at 1 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock. A date and site for a possible Game 6 have not been set.

WNBA commissioner Cathy Engelbert thanked the Dream, the Valkyries, the Hawks, State Farm Arena, NBC Sports, and USA Sports in her statement on the move.

"The change of venue dramatically expands the seating capacity and ensures that the Dream will be able to provide an extraordinary atmosphere for the first WNBA Finals game to be played in the Atlanta market since 2013," Engelbert said.

Valkyries owner Joe Lacob said he put "quite a bit of pressure" on the NBA and WNBA commissioners to get the games to State Farm Arena, ESPN's Kareem Copeland reported .

Tickets for Games 3 and 4 go on sale to the general public Friday at 10 a.m. ET, according to FOX 5 Atlanta.

Atlanta played its home playoff games this postseason at State Farm Arena, which was the franchise's full-time home from 2008 to 2016, back when it was Philips Arena. During the semifinals, the Dream announced they will play all 25 home games there in 2027.

The Dream went 30-14 as the No. 4 seed and are 5-0 in the playoffs.

They beat the Washington Mystics 2-0 in the first round and swept the New York Liberty 3-0 in the semifinals, a series in which Naz Hillmon lifted Atlanta to an overtime win in Game 2 .

Atlanta reached the Finals in 2010, 2011, and 2013 and lost all three series. The Dream are 0-9 all-time in Finals games and have never won a championship.

Allisha Gray, who missed Game 2 against the Liberty with a finger injury , had a minor procedure on her hand and is day-to-day, ESPN reported.

In her first season with Atlanta, Angel Reese averaged a career-high 16.4 points, a league-high 12.1 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 1.8 steals in 43 games. The Dream acquired her from the Chicago Sky in an April 6 trade. She set WNBA single-season records with 521 rebounds and 32 double-doubles.

On Oct. 1, Reese was named Defensive Player of the Year with 46 of 74 votes. Valkyries forward Gabby Williams finished second with 20.

Golden State, the No. 2 seed, finished the regular season 32-12, two games ahead of Atlanta.

Back in 2025, their first year as an expansion team, the Valkyries finished 23-21. In the playoffs, Golden State is 5-1.

The Valkyries got past the Dallas Wings 2-1 in the first round, then swept the defending champion Las Vegas Aces 3-0, starting with a Game 1 win in which they controlled the boards .

Williams has averaged 22.7 points this postseason, according to the team.

For the second straight season, the Valkyries sold out all 22 home games at Chase Center, averaging 18,064 fans in 2026.

As the higher seed, Golden State hosts Games 1, 2, and, if necessary, 5 and 7.

Game 1 is Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET at Chase Center in San Francisco on NBC and Peacock. Game 2 is Monday, Oct. 19, at 8 p.m. ET on USA Network and Peacock.
