Lily Collins' daughter has completed her first trip around the sun!
On Tuesday, Jan. 27, the Emily in Paris actress, 36, shared a touching tribute via Instagram to her daughter Tove to commemorate her first birthday.
In the snaps, Collins, who shares her daughter with husband Charlie McDowell, shared several pictures of her daughter on her big day. One snap showed the toddler in her own ball pit, while another showed her standing next to the "happy birthday" sign. The doting mom also posted some pictures of the decorations, gifts and sweet treats for the little one.
"One whole year with our little T. We adore you beyond words," she began her heartfelt caption. "You've completely changed our lives in every single way and continue to surprise us every single day."
"Celebrating you with all of your favorite things and more love than we ever knew existed," she added. "Happy 1st birthday, sweet Tove. We can't wait for all the new adventures to come…"

The actress and her film director husband, 42, first shared the news that they welcomed their little girl via surrogate on social media on Friday, Jan. 31. The proud mom shared a photo of the baby girl lying bundled in a bassinet. A monogrammed blanket with her name written in gold was draped over the cradle.
"Welcome to the center of our world Tove Jane McDowell," Collins wrote in a joint Instagram announcement shared with her husband. "Words will never express our endless gratitude for our incredible surrogate and everyone who helped us along the way. We love you to the moon and back again."
Since welcoming her daughter, Collins has kept her mostly out of the spotlight, sharing small glimpses into her life as a mom on social media and during interviews. While chatting exclusively with PEOPLE at the world premiere of Emily in Paris season 5 in December, The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones alum shared a sweet sentiment about her daughter.
Asked what is her "Roman Empire," or latest obsession, at the moment, Collins told PEOPLE, "my daughter," adding she's "always in my brain."

Back in October, Collins shared pictures on Instagram of her daughter sitting in a swingset, noting it was her "favorite part" of the day. The toddler wore a custom-made knit sweater with her name on it in white letters. Around her name, the sweater had knit vines with different colored flowers on it.
"Favorite part of my day..." wrote Collins.
The doting mom also shared snaps on Instagram of her little girl celebrating her very first Halloween. Collins posted her daughter in two adorable costumes — a garden gnome and a flamingo — jokingly saying the little one "has range" with her outfit change.
